Insane in the membrane - for boots!

Cypress Hill is not the only one chanting this song lately. I have gone insane for boots and should seriously seek a certified shoe addicts anonymous - "Hi my name is Shazza and I love shoes. It has been 6 hours since my last purchase".

So what's the addiction this month, boots. The designers have out-done themselves this year with the many arrays of boots, booties and dare I say it - pumps. However, in the 14 days I have made a purchase of 5 pairs of boots and booties. CRAZY, right! The deals are endless, the styles are to die for and I am hooked. And as I still have 3 more pair on my list as of today, help needs to arrive soon.

So it all started with Lori's Shoes. Here I picked up these:

The New Orleans OTK boots by Apepazza - It was love at first sight. Tried them on and they softly whispered 'I belong to you'.

The Jeffrey Campbell Meeker! Need I say more. Chic, haute and a show stopper. The definition of a good Shazza  shoe. You won't even believe the grunge I endured for the last pair of these delectable shoes. (Sorry these shoes are now sold out across the board...ooops!)

Next stop Lulus.com. So it is true that it takes seven times for a consumer to see an ad before taking action. This subliminal Facebook ad appeared on my profile page for days. One day (for research purpose, of course) I clicked on the ad and never left the site. I justified these purchases due to the great prices for cheap chic, stylish boots:

Gomax Shelby in Cognac - okay this one was a one-off boot that was the perfect color for the perfect dress. And for the price, why not?

Unfortunately the second boot is no longer available because it was simply a most fabulous dark brown, back lace up, flat, utilitarian style OTK boot. The description alone makes you drool doesn't it. Maybe I will do an outfit post to this one later. *smile*

Last stop - Ninewest. I didn't mean to go in this store, so who put it so close to my cleaners? It is a conspiracy out there I tell ya - con-spir-a-cy!

Bethere by Ninewest. As I left my local cleaners I stopped in for a quick look. In my mind I was looking for a comfortable, versatile, leather black booties with a comfortable platform-heel. Voila! It is so comfy I could run in them. Luckily I walked out of this store with one pair since they are now offering buy one get the 2nd pair for 50% off. Conspiracy!

If you are thinking the same thing I am thinking. I know...so I will just leave you with Cypress Hill to ponder the insanity of my shoe addiction. Find me help before it is too late. Please.
