An Editorial induction...

In honor of one of my favorite fashion photographers...my desk decor - taken by my handy dandy iphone
There has been yet again a delay in keeping up with you guys. My extreme apologies, but getting settled in a new country, city, job and home takes longer than I ever experienced when moving to London. I guess this is when an emerging country (Indonesia) reminds you that it is still emerging and not yet out of the box.  Nonetheless, I have been keeping busy with my fastastic marketing students, colleagues and new friends. Not to mention, the malls here are insane - photos coming soon.

However, whilst hanging on the other side of the world, the editorial which I assisted with in April (if you guys can remember) was published in Carbon Magazine (part of Client Magazine)! Woo hoo! So my first full-editorial experience (from casting to shoot; shadowing and assisting the photographer and stylist; to mother hen of my cutie pie model boys) and my name name on the credits (eek!); oh I only consider this as my induction into the world of fashion magazine adverting (even as a lovely assistant). I am stoked and ready for another. So let's do this, man!

You can read about the experience from the photographer himself and see some behind the scenes photos as well.

The magazine went on sale last week, so don't waste time. Along with our editorial, there is some really nice work by other emerging and established industry creatives out there. Check it!

Ciao!
